01. Can I get only a quote before I have decided to make a booking? back to top
Yes, you can get a quote by filling in the information about the ride and then you will see a price. After that you can login and finish the booking or you can apply for an account.
02. When is my booking confirmed? back to top
Your booking is confirmed as soon as you have finished the last step of the reservation in our reservation system.
03. Do I get an confirmation? back to top
As soon as you have confirmed the booking, you get on your screen a confirmation and you will receive immediately an e-mail with the confirmation of the booking and the booking number. We advise you to print your voucher and take it with you during your trip.
04. Can I order a service, that is not mentioned on your website? back to top
For the reservation of special wishes such as for example ordering a Rolls Royce, a bottle of champagne or ordering a transfer that you can not find on our website, you can send an e-mail with the request. We will try everything to realize your request but we can’t guarantee this upfront.
05. Can I change or cancel a booking? back to top
In case of a urgent reason (is for Trasolco to judge if the reason is urgent) , you can change your booking up to 24 hour prior to the pick-up time of the taxi or limousine transfer. Within 24 hour before the pick-up time of your ride, it is not possible to change your booking. In the case of an unforeseen change of your flight outside your own power, no costs might be charged to you.

06. How long is the trip to the airport? back to top
This is dependent on the locale situation on the road. The Trasolco booking system will give you an indication of the trip duration under normal circumstances. It is the responsibility of the booker to reserve enough time for any unexpected traffic jams or other unexpected delays. After you have booked a transfer, the transporter will have the possibility to contact you and to advise you to change the pick-up time.
07. What if the flight is landing earlier or is delayed? back to top
No problem, the transporter who will pick you up shall monitor the flight information in order to ensure a timely collection. In case of delay he will be present on the airport as soon as the plane has landed.
08. Where in the airport can I find the driver? back to top
On your voucher mentioned where the driver will wait for you. This will be by the gate of arrival or by the official airport meeting point nearest to your gate of arrival.

The driver will wait 45 minutes after landing time. In case of problems with your baggage and it will take you longer to pass the customs, we request you to call the driver and inform him about your situation.

This is different for each airline, your destination and the way you check in at the airport. In general most airlines say that for continental flights you must be present 1 – 1.5 hours before flight departure time and for intercontinental flight 3 hour before the flight departure time.

No, you only travel with the people for whom the transportation is ordered and you will not be combined with other people. The only exception is when you have ordered a shuttle service, in this case you may have to share a transfer with others.
16. Can I make a extra stop along the way to my destination? back to top
In principle is this only possible if this has been requested and approved by Trasolco by e-mail or phone. Extra stops may result in extra costs which will be charged to the customer.
17. How many luggage will fit in the vehicle? back to top
The number of luggage that fit’s in a vehicle differs per vehicle type and it is mentioned on our website. Standard is one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person. When you have more luggage you may have to order a larger vehicle.
The maximum luggage weight for rides ordered at Trasolco and its authorized transporters is 30 kg per passenger.
Each passenger may take 1 suitcase with a maximum measure of (L 75 + W 60 + H 25) plus 1 piece of hand luggage with a maximum measure of (L 55 + W 35 + H 25).
18. What if my luggage does not fit in the vehicle? back to top
In the case that there is too much baggage which will not fit in the vehicle and this was not instructed to or ordered at Trasolco, then an extra car or other vehicle will be ordered at the expenses of the customer. If this is not possible due to the time limit, or availability of the local transporter, it will be for the cost and risk of the passenger, to arrange this locally.
19. Can I order a baby - / child seat? back to top
You can order a baby - / child seat by e-mail, but we advise the parents to take their own child seat with them to insure proper safety in other countries. Trasolco policy is, that it is the end responsibility of the parents to provide safe ways and means for the transportation of the child.
20. Does the driver speak English? back to top
It depends on the service that is ordered, but in general most of the drivers who are selected for airport transportation speaks English and usually also one or two other languages.
21. Do the drivers have all mandatory insurances and licenses? back to top
Yes, all our transporters have the required local insurances and licenses.
22. Which insurances are included? back to top
Naturally the mandatory all risk car insurances and furthermore insurance for passengers and a liability insurance.

No, you are not obliged to give a tip to the driver and he shall not expect you will so. When you wish to tip the driver, you are free to do and it will certainly be appreciate.
