Quick bookings
No longer searching for different phone numbers and e-mail addresses of local transporters, personal details and popular destinations can be saved in the reservation system which makes it possible to make bookings quicker. It is also possible to make an XML connection with external systems for example with an automatic HR feed.
Combine taxi or limousine trips

This will make it possible for our reservation system to detect if a flight arrives sooner or later, and if necessary will send a message to the local transporter.

The by Trasolco selected transporters are specialized in airport transfers.
Driver is waiting for the customer as soon as the flight has arrived. If necessary the driver will contact the passenger to report and to let the customer know where he is waiting in case the client can not find the driver.
Passengers can get in direct contact with the taxi or limousine company
On the voucher there is a phone number that the passenger connects directly with the transporter waiting for them on the airport.
Trip is always accepted
As soon as a trip is ordered, a confirmation is sent to the booker.
From that moment on, there is also an e-mail sent to the local transporter with the message that a new order has arrived.
The transporter needs to confirm the booking by clicking on the acceptation button, this is an extra control for Trasolco to make sure that they have received al the details.
